Try before you buy

Everlasting offers a free Draft tier that lets you generate and copy a complete obituary at no cost. We encourage you to use the free tier first to confirm the writing quality and features meet your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

Refund eligibility

Beautiful Grace Prints offers refunds within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances:

• The paid features did not unlock or function as described.
• A technical issue prevented you from using the plan you purchased.
• The service was materially different from what was advertised at checkout.
• A duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred.

Because the free Draft tier lets you evaluate the writing quality before purchasing, refunds outside of the circumstances above (for example, general change of mind after use) are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the support channel on this website and we will help coordinate the request with Paddle.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. When a refund is issued, the paid tier associated with that purchase (Premium or Pro) will be removed from your account. Content you have already generated remains yours.
